Back to School - Pondlings competition time

It's back to school time and Fishpond has decided to hold a little competition for our young Fishpond members to mark the occasion. And good news...EVERYONE WHO ENTERS GETS A FREE MONTH ADDED TO THEIR SUBSCRIPTION so everyone's a winner.

What's more, the Fishpond team will add everyone's video to their Fishpond profile for them. As we're always saying, you have a much better chance of being called in to audition if you have a video or two on your profile, as it gives casting directors who don't know you a chance to get a sense of you, which helps them to imagine you in a role.

All you have to do is use Auditioncam, Fishpond's brand new technology, to submit a little video telling us all about your first day at school. Whether it's your first day back or your first day ever...we want to hear from you. You'll find the Auditioncam button in the brief after you login to your account.

Did something funny happen? Who is your new teacher. What do you like about him/her? Are you happy to be back? These are just a few ideas of things you can talk about. Mums and dads can ask questions if you need a little help.

The video should only be about twenty to forty seconds long and it needs to be sent using Auditioncam. Click here to watch a little explainer video that tells you how Auditioncam works. It's really simple.

The most important thing is that you should be yourself -  we want to get a little sense of you so it shouldn't be rehearsed.
The winners will have a whole year added on to their subscription for free and we'll give some spot prizes too, which will be inspired by the clips.

But remember, no matter what, everyone who enters will receive a free month.

We know how busy things can be when school starts again so the deadline to enter is Monday 12th September.

Looking forward to hearing all about your first day at school.

Scaly Kiss,
The Fishpond Team
